If you are a company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange
OR
A large company or limited liability partnership that meets two of the following requirements: turnover of £36m, balance sheet total of £18m and 250 or more employees

A Display Energy Certificate

-At least partially occupied by a public authority
-Has a total floor area of over 250 square metres
-Is frequently visited by the public
