JUST ONE Tree

As a business, we are committed to helping our community thrive and protecting the environment. That is why we are proud to have partnered with JUST ONE Tree.

JUST ONE Tree is a non-profit initiative removing CO2 from the atmosphere and reversing biodiversity loss through global reforestation. They plant trees in areas severely affected by deforestation to prevent excess greenhouse gas release. In the process, they help to provide agricultural education and sustainable incomes to local communities. 

MEES Solutions Ltd's forest now stands at 4585 trees. But more than just a number, our forest creates rural employment, gives homes to wildlife and marine life AND will absorb approximately 1412.18 tonnes of CO2 as it grows.

For each unit surveyed, we donate a seed to JUST ONE Tree. Once the next rainy season is upon us, the seedlings are transported to their carefully selected new homes, where they will be planted and nurtured over the coming years. 

Our support means another 550 trees added to a reforestation project in one of our key countries, such as Brazil, Madagascar and Kenya as well as kelp regeneration off the coast of the Philippines and Australia.
